Role description:
We are seeking an experienced social media/marketing assistant with a proven background in high-end construction/project development. The role involves creating engaging content for a company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, whilst seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with potential customers.
Duties/responsibilities include:
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Develop social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Manages social media communications
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
- Maintain, manage existing editorial/PR relationships whilst actively seeking new editorial opportunities

Role description:
Working as part of a multi-functional team the ideal candidate needs to have experience in groundwork construction, be a CSCS card holder and have a clean UK driving license.
Duties/responsibilities include:
- Excavating and backfilling trenches.
- Operating machinery such as diggers and compactors (safely and efficiently)
- Assisting with the installation of utilities like water, sewer lines and drainage systems
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Performing general maintenance of tools and equipment.
