The basement was waterproofed by a drain cavity membrane system combined with Sika waterproof concrete, both fully guaranteed.

We provided the builder with peace of mind and delivered the expertise required from below ground. We de-risked the project for the builder enabling them to progress with the new house construction, which is what they do best!
